Objectives of youth Red Cross:
- Promotion of Potentialities of youth to enable them to render skilled philanthropic Service toned up by a sense of self sacrifice for the mitigation of suffering of the needy and the distressed.
- Promotion of health hygiene and sanitation and cognate subjects among the members of the community for prevention of diseases and mitigation of suffering.
- Promotion of motivations among the youth for fostering friendship and fraternity at the national and international level.
- Promotion of the qualities of leadership and traits of personality among the youth.
- Promotion of the spirit of self reliance and dignity of labor among the youth.

Activities:
Every year the YRC conducts various training programmers by arranging camps by volunteers to fulfill the objects of YRC. The YRC organizes Blood donation camps in the college each year. Selected volunteers of YRC participate in SSG Camp, Zonal and interstate YRC camps.
Red Ribbon Club:
From the year 2007-08 a Red Ribbon Club is established under YRC to make the students aware about AIDS. RRC has been formed in the collage to create awareness in order to combat HIV\AIDS. The Club is consisting of a team of youth volunteers those will have commitment to work for increase of knowledge and change the behavior through awareness building. The club is working in the field of HIV\AIDS awareness starting with peers in the college and gradually spread the message to family and community around it.
