There shall be monthly, pretest, Test and Annual examinations during the 1st yr and 2nd yr (+2) and 1st yr, 2ndyr, 3rdyr (+3) respective in the faculties of Arts, science & Commerce.
- Every student is required to appear at all these examinations during a session. A student who absents himself from any of the examination is to be fined as per the staff council decision unless he applies to the principal with supporting evidents for exemption from fines.
- A student who is found in possession of incriminating materials or copying or taking any improper advantage in the examination shall be refused promotion or be penalized in any other manner which is deemed proper.
+2 STREAM
B. C.H.S.E. ODISHA EXAMINATION ACT:
Eligibility:
Students registered under the council are eligible to appear at the Annual examination in Arts/Science/Commerce stream for the propose of such examination as a regular student a candidate should satisfy the council.
- He\She has completed not less than two academic session after passing the H.S.C. by board of secondary education, Odisha or some other equivalent examination.
- He\ She has completed one academic year after passing qualifying examination conducted by CBSE\ICSE.
Restriction:
- No candidate shall be permitted to take up the secondary examination in any subject which he had not offered at the preceding annual examination.
- No student shall be allowed to appear at the examination unless he\she is registered.
Examtion:
The examination at the end of 1st year shall be for 6000 marks including 90 marks for Practical examination 50 marks of yoga and the examination at the end of 2nd year shall be for 600 marks. Marks secured in the examination to be conducted at the end of 1st year shall be considered for promotion of students to the 2nd year class but pass certificate will be awarded to the success full candidates basing on the performance in the council examination to be held at the end of 2nd year only
+3 STREAM
+3 DEGREE UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION:
- Eligibility student registered under the university are eligible to appear the annual degree examinations in arts/science /commerce in each year for 3yr degree as a regular student.
- Each student is required to attend 75% lecture\practical classes the university syndicate may condone 15% attendance for students. Bellow 60% attendances are liable to be detended irrespective of their performance in the test examination.
Examination Regulations:
- )+3 degree course of Arts/ Sc./ Comm. shall be of three years duration batter each year of study the college will conduct test examination for sent up the students for the university degree examination .
- A candidate has to pass in all subject to avail final degree certificate from university.
- There is back paper system in all subjects .he\she can appear back examination in said subject.
