The academic Session of the college begins on 1st June and closes in 31st May every Year.
The students admitted to +2 and +3 Classes are subject to sign an undertaking to abide by the Rules of the college.
Each Student must get His/her Identity card from college office at the time of admission. Renewal of identity card is compulsory for students promoted to the next classes. The identity card should be submitted for renewal within the date notified in the notice board. All Students should keep the identity card with them.
Application for CLC, Conduct, Mark Sheet & others should be submitted to the Principal with requisite fees and clearance, if any from various departments. Those certificates will be issued after three days from the date of Submission of the application.
The name of every student is entered in the registers for general attendance, tutorial & practical classes. The students should find his/her name in the respective register. In case of missing he/she should bring it to the notice of the Principal.
